  • Custom or special order items may not be eligible for cancellation, as these items are specifically ordered for you and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the cancellation request.
  • Shipping costs will be refunded if the order was canceled before it was shipped.


  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation.
